2017 Client Recognition
TSI Healthcare honored its highest achieving clients at its annual Client Appreciation Event via the Circle of Excellence (COE) program. Since the award’s conception in 2009, TSI Healthcare has recognized practices that have maximized the use of their Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) systems. Practices worked with TSI Healthcare’s Client Solutions Advisors to identify various opportunities for growth in standardizing workflow efficiencies, improving patient engagement, increasing system utilization, and complying with federal regulations.
As the health IT landscape changed, TSI Healthcare remained committed to providing valuable insight and identifying healthcare patterns that impacted our clients and their patients. By laying the groundwork for a new standard of holistic patient insights, TSI Healthcare was able to ensure the independence and prosperity of its clients. This was accomplished through the expansion of several new products and services, including Quality Program Services. This service, led by TSI Healthcare’s team of federal policy experts, assisted TSI Healthcare clients with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ policies such as the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA). Furthermore, TSI Healthcare announced that it would be among the first EHR vendors in the nation to begin trials of Surescripts® National Record Locator Service, or NRLS network. Through this launch, TSI Healthcare began connecting caregivers with more comprehensive, holistic patient insights by facilitating on-demand access to patients’ clinical histories.
Throughout the year, TSI Healthcare was honored to receive several accolades. In January, we received worldwide recognition for our top ranked customer service by the Stevie Awards. This achievement marks the third consecutive year we have been recognized by the Stevie Awards. In June, TSI Healthcare was named Large Business of the Year in the 2017 Business Excellence Awards (BEA) program by the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber of Commerce. This award exemplifies our commitment to innovation, community, and client satisfaction. To close out the year, TSI Healthcare was honored by Modern Healthcare as a leader in workplace development and team member excellence by being named as the 36th Best Place to Work in Healthcare. The 2017 recognition marks the sixth consecutive year we have received this award.
