Is NextGen Mobile a replacement for using EHR or Practice Management?
NextGen Mobile is designed to be an extension of your system, allowing you to look up patient information and complete certain tasks while on-the-go. It is not meant to replace the use of EHR templates for clinical documentation.

What’s included in my trial?
Your trial includes 45 calendar days from authorization, at no cost, with setup and implementation for (2) NextGen Mobile Basic licenses and online module training. One license must be allocated to a provider/clinician. We’re including 45 calendar days from authorization to allow sufficient time for order processing, implementation, and training, while still giving your users sufficient time to test the application.

Is it really free?
YES! TSI Healthcare is committed to investing in our practices. As such, we’ve decided to absorb the implementation costs and the subscription costs associated with the first 45 calendar days on behalf of the trial participants. Practices will have the option of terminating the trial by notifying us via email to helpdesk@tsihealthcare.com prior to the end of the trial date. If you like the product, there’s nothing you need to do; the subscription will automatically continue under the standard terms. We’ll send you a reminder prior to the end of the trial so you can make the decision. No strings attached!

I love my trial! Can I get more licenses?
Absolutely! Once you’ve had a chance to try NextGen Mobile with the two licenses provided, you can contact your Account Manager to request additional licenses under the standard pricing and subscription terms. To “sweeten the deal,” practices adding more licenses before the end of the 45-day are eligible to receive a 20% discount off the retail price!

Can I get a free trial of NextGen Mobile Plus?
NextGen Mobile Plus comes with deeper integration, requires a much more complex implementation, and requires the purchase of additional licensing. Therefore, we are only offering the basic version for this trial to ensure you get the most out of it, and to be able to offer it for free. Nevertheless, if you’d like to see NextGen Mobile Plus in action, check out this demo video (NextGen Mobile Plus demo begins at 8:06).
