Meet Otto

Otto is a Network Support Analyst in our IT department. He joined the TSI Healthcare family in 2010. On a daily basis, Otto works closely with TSI Healthcare clients to resolve any software and/or hardware issues they may be dealing with. He takes the time to answer any questions, explains his process, and makes sure everything is working properly while being fast and efficient.
