Welcome back our blog series, Solutions Pro Series! This blog parallels our Solutions Pro webinar series, TSI Healthcare’s continuing education resource for EHR and EPM. As part of TSI Healthcare’s ongoing commitment to providing its clients with the best tools and the best service in the industry, webinars are offered monthly to help practices utilize their core solutions to the fullest potential.

This month’s webinar, Tips and Tricks for Business Office Staff, reviewed several best practices to help your practice optimize HealthWave Connect, Real-Time Transaction Server (RTS), and Cloud Edits when performing front desk and back office tasks.  See below for a list of agenda items:

To listen to the full webinar, head over to our Client Resources page. As a bonus, I’ve included a TSI Healthcare Tip discussed during the webinar.

TSI Healthcare Tip: Establish Reminder Schedule
If you’re looking to reduce patient no-shows, make sure to establish a reminder schedule. You can assign a staff member to call patients at set time every day so they do not forget. Our recommendation is to contact patients at least 2 days prior to appointment.
