Circle of Excellence Award Winners
TSI Healthcare closed out a great year by honoring its top clients at its annual client appreciation event via the Circle of Excellence (COE) program. Since the award’s inception in 2009, TSI Healthcare has recognized practices that have maximized the use of their Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) system.
In order to receive this award, winning practices had to demonstrate proficient utilization of their EHR and PM system amidst a changing regulatory landscape. As compared to 2015, TSI Healthcare clients increased their system utilization by 47 percent. Due to such a dramatic improvement in system application, TSI Healthcare added a new level to their award list, Diamond Elite. Top recipients of Diamond and Diamond Elite awards were recognized during the COE ceremony at this year’s Client Appreciation event held in Las Vegas, NV.
Practices receiving top awards worked with TSI Healthcare’s Client Solutions Advisors to identify various opportunities for growth in standardizing workflow efficiencies, improving patient engagement, increasing system utilization, and complying with federal regulations.
