Position Description:
Although this is a full-time position, candidates seeking to work part-time until graduation in December 2017 will be considered, however, the position will require full-time employee attendance at
TSI Healthcare’s main office in Chapel Hill, NC upon graduation
.

The primary focus of this position is to facilitate the transformation of healthcare through the successful deployment of new technologies, specifically those that feature interoperability and communication throughout the care spectrum. This individual’s role and career will have the opportunity to evolve and grow as new products are released.  The Add-On Module Specialist’s duties include, but are not limited to:
• Developing project documentation and standardized implementation processes
• Coordinate interoperability projects, including training and direct contact with clients
• PhoneTree: Automated Patient Reminders
• Welcome calls- Introduce clients to install process and set appropriate expectations
• Coordination- Coordinate necessary steps from various teams (NextGen, TSI, PhoneTree)
• Training- Lead or Assist with training sessions
• Support- Answer basic questions pertaining to the system. Track progress and perform proactive outreach.
• Encouraging improved utilization
• NextGen Share: Direct Clinical Messaging
• Welcome calls- Introduce clients to install process and set appropriate expectations
• Coordination- Coordinate necessary steps from various teams (NextGen, TSI, Mirth)
• Training- Lead or Assist with training sessions
• Support- Answer basic questions pertaining to the system. Track progress and perform proactive outreach.
• Encouraging improved utilization
• Assisting other team members
• Helping with Meaningful Use client support and federal health IT policy research
• Assisting with federal health IT policy research
• Assisting with deployment of future products as they are discovered and released
• Various other duties as necessary.
